Service Scope
Escalona Labs provides technology strategy, automation systems, web development, and AI workflow engineering. Specific deliverables, timelines, and obligations are defined in signed statements of work or master service agreements.
Billing and Payment Terms
- All pricing, billing cadence, and accepted payment methods are disclosed in writing before work starts.
- Invoices are due according to the contract schedule (for example milestone-based or monthly).
- Late payments may pause delivery and may incur administrative fees where legally permitted.
- Chargebacks or disputes should be submitted first to escalona@escalonalabs.com for resolution.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, legal, and technical information required for delivery.
- Maintain access to third-party platforms under client ownership.
- Review and approve milestones in a timely manner to avoid schedule impact.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in contract, clients receive rights to final paid deliverables. Escalona Labs retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal methods, and reusable tooling.
Warranties and Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Escalona Labs disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to fees paid for the affected services during the prior billing period.
Termination
Either party may terminate according to contract terms. Outstanding approved work and incurred costs remain payable. Data handoff and transition support may be offered under a separate scope.
Governing Law and Notices
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, these terms are governed by applicable Florida law. Legal notices should be sent to escalona@escalonalabs.com.
